Good homes get derailed by bad chemistry.

A custom build can turn stressful fast when communication breaks down, the budget drifts or the builder you met is not the one on site.

Pedriva works the other way. We make sure we're the right fit from the start, and the person you meet first costs your home and stays on it to the keys.

[01]

One person for the whole journey

You deal directly with Pedram, the builder responsible for your home. No sales rep, no hand-over to someone new.

[02]

We read the site before we draw

We read the fall, the soil and the access before anything is drawn, so a sloping or tight block works for the design, not against it.

[03]

Costed while it's drawn

Your design is costed as it takes shape, so you know it fits your budget before you commit to detailed design.

Every Pedriva home is shaped by the people who'll live in it.

Featured project

Fingal Street, Tarragindi

A modern family home designed to grow with the people inside it.

On a sloping inner-city site, this new build needed careful planning to make the most of the natural contour. Working with an interior designer, every finish was chosen to feel as considered inside as it looks from the street.

How it works

Every build starts with a conversation, not a contract. Nothing is drawn until we understand how your family lives and what the block will allow.

Who you'll deal with

The person you meet first builds your home.

Pedriva is a family-run builder led by Pedram Shafigh. From your first conversation to the day you get your keys, Pedram stays personally involved, so you always deal directly with the builder responsible for your home.

Pedram's background is civil engineering, which shows on the sites other builders find hard: slopes, soft soil and tight access.

Questions people ask first

Anything else, ask Pedram on the call.

Do I need plans or a block before we talk?

No. Many people come to us before they have plans, and some before they have bought. Start with a conversation and we will talk through where you are at.

Where do you build?

Inner Brisbane, southside first: roughly 12 km of the CBD, including Camp Hill, Coorparoo, Holland Park, Tarragindi, Bulimba and Corinda. We take on inner northside builds when the project is the right fit.

What budgets do you work with?

Our builds generally start from $750k for the home itself, not including land. Tell us your range on the form and we will be upfront about what it can achieve.

Can you build on a sloping or difficult block?

Yes. We read the fall, the soil and the access before anything is drawn, and design the home to work with the site.

What is Concept Design?

Your first paid step after the call: an early design concept, site survey, soil test, certifier review, energy report and budget guidance. We walk you through the fee on the call, and it is credited to your build if you go ahead.

What happens on the call?

Pedram asks about your block, your family and your budget, answers your questions and tells you honestly whether we are the right builder for your project.

Let's talk about your future home.
